Cultivating Worship

This fall Asherah Camp invites members and non-members alike to join us for our monthly workshop series on Aleister Crowley's "De Cultu" (Latin: “On Training”). Taken from Liber Aleph: The Book of Wisdom or Folly, the contents of this chapter deal specifically with the methods by which Thelemites might cultivate a daily regimen of mystical and magical practices.

November: Adorations of the Sun & the Ritual of the Pentagram

Considered the cornerstones of Thelemic daily ritual practice, Liber Resh vel Helios and The Star Ruby are as important to connecting with the Thelemic current as they are for one's æthyric hygiene. We will be discussing the historical use of these rituals by Crowley and his students, examining several variations of each, as well as giving performances.
